This client requested 4hr Fire Rated wall seperation with external grade finish up to 5.4m in height.
The conditions for the site: No cranage access and limited external access to the work face.
The Product
The best product for this job is the 4hr Fire Rated Speedpanel. Twin wall system with exterior grade pre-finish*.

Why? It is a lightweight alternative to concrete or solid masonry, top end product in terms of fire safety. This product can be constructed from one side (no need to access both sides, building right to the boundary line). Speedpanel – supports itself as the framework and is easy installation. Best for properties with limited access or zero boundaries. Eliminates the use of wet trades.
